BloggerseventLast Tuesday was our first bloggers event, hosted by Linda Tol from Lifestylehunters. Young bloggers worked enthusiastic on various do it yourself workshops and learned a lot about the technical details of blogging, all with help of professionals. It was a very succesful evening!

“No Waste” table by Herso

Cream recipe: creamy pavlovas

Pavlova

These mini-pavlovas are perfect for your Christmas party tonight and are easy to make. Enjoy!
Ingredients
8 large egg white(s)
1 pinch of salt
500 gram(s) caster sugar
4 teaspoon(s) cornflour
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
2 teaspoon(s) white wine vinegar
750 ml whipping cream (duly whipped)
750 gram(s) blackberries
750 gram(s) raspberries
1 sprinkling of icing sugar (for dusting)

Pop-up Restaurant BAUT

Last weekend new, creative, temporary restaurant BAUT openend at the Wibautstraat. The 900 square-meter restaurant (with terrace) will be here for the limited time of two years. For every moment of the day restaurant/bar BAUT is a relaxed hotspot. You can go there for breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner, but also for art, design, music and more. But they primarily serve really good food ;-)

Cream PR loves: cucumber gazpacho

For warm summer days it’s great to have healthy, light and nutritious food. Therfore, this recipe for a great cucumber gazpacho!
Avocado and Cucumber Gazpacho – serves 4 – recipe adapted from this recipe found on BBC Good Food

- 1 large cucumber – peeled, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 1 small avocado – scooped from skin and roughly chopped
- 1 large yellow bell pepper – deseeded and roughly chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 4 green onions – green and white parts (down to the root) – roughly chopped
- juice of one large lemon
- 4-5 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup  loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 cup cold water – you can add more if you’d like a thinner soup
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. fat free plain Greek yogurt and fresh snipped chives – optional – for garnish
